Good location, near everything and also cheap parking garage next door. Room good size with sofa. Bathroom a bit small, overall the room is a bit dated and should be renovated in the not too distant future. If you can get a good deal like me it's absolutely worth it.

We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel was in a lovely quiet location, but close enough to walk to all main attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly and public areas were well-designed and modern. Our room had a slightly old-fashioned bathroom and shower with poor plumbing which meant the water was very slow to drain away and veered from boiling hot to cold with no warning. The air-conditioning didn't seem to work properly either. Although there were two of us, we were given only one complimentary small bottle of water between 2 on day 1 and day 2 (but strangely not on day three). We were also only given 2 proper teabags per day (other than herbal/fruit tea) and only 2 sachets of milk on day one and none thereafter. We enjoyed breakfast although many items were not re-stocked when gone (e.g. Cheese, scrambled egg, waffle mix etc). We also noticed that despite weekday breakfast being advertised as being available up to 9.30am, staff began to clear away everything at exactly 9.30am which meant that anyone coming in at 9.30am had very little to choose from. We asked for food in the dining room at 10pm, having arrived late and were told we had to order from a very small set menu which was disappointing for such a big hotel chain.

Excellent hotel in the town centre yet very easy to get to by car. The underground public car park is good value and provides easy access to the hotel. Rooms large, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary water. Breakfast is a very comprehensive buffet with choices to cover all tastes. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. An excellent hotel that we shall return to.

Overall, our experience was great. Fantastic staff, flexible when we arrived a little early. We already knew the location, which is partly why we booked, so close to the centre. The rooms were spacious and clean, a good outlook over the pool and gardens.
Our only complaint was with the breakfast, for which we arrived an hour and a half before it was set to close. The restaurant was dirty with food left on tables, chairs and floors. Finding cutlery seemed to be an issue for customers and staff. Of three coffee machines, only one was working if you didn't mind a cappuccino without milk. What cooked food that was left was cold, though pastries were plentiful.
Would definitely stay again, though we might pop out for breakfast.response / report this review -

A modern, purpose built hotel for today's traveller. Quite simply everything works. We had a great stay in this central location and a good night's sleep.

Very welcoming, well situated hotel in the city centre close to all the sights with underground parking. Functional bedroom. Dinner rather limited - mainly hamburgers, lasagne etc but plenty of decent restaurants nearby.

It was a wonderful stay again in Brugge. The room was excellent, especially the bed where we slept like newborn babies. Everyone was really helpful and friendly, from the receptionists to the wonderful lady who cleaned our room. The breakfasts were still as good as we remembered with lots of lovely choices. The dinner menu was not as expansive as breakfast but it was good anyway. I would definitely recommend this hotel.😊

I regularly stay at the hotel and always enjoy the very friendly staff and the beautiful lobby. The location of the hotel is perfect, but my room smelt of cleaning products for most of my stay. I feel the hotel rooms in general could do with an upgrade. Upon checking in, I was told I would receive certain benefits as an Accor Silver member, but that did not happen. The bar is not really attended during large parts of the day. Pity, because I like the bar and dining area a lot. Just had to be either patient or proactive to get hold of a drink.

Straight forward to book and check in. Good value for money. Excellent breakfast.
Only blemish was the price of a large bottle of still water from the bar for use in the room - 5euros 80cents !! probably only 1 euro at the local store.response / report this review -

A really good place to stay in the center of Brugge. You can walk everywhere, lots of restaurants and a sulermarket just in front of it to get some drinks or food to chill out by the canals. I'll get back if i get the chance.

Very helpful desk reception with a lot of advices on visiting the city. Nice and spacious rooms for a decent price. Hotel is well heated. Entrance has many games for small kids and older ones so that they can wait. Overall good experience.

Friendly attentive staff, clean well equipped rooms and reasonable prices. Well placed hotel to walk into the centre.
Large fresh selection in the buffet style breakfast.
Don't bother eating dinner in the hotel though, as the menu is limited and food was at best average. There are far better local restaurants in the vicinity.response / report this review
