very nice hotel, great room, wonderful location, close to sights, restaurants, bars, shops. Nice little fitness room, loved the breakfast. Very happy.

The Executive rooms are comfortable, roomy and fantastic for a longer stay. It was like having a double size room. Great breakfasts with an abundant selection of breads, cheeses, fruits, eggs, meats, and fresh orange juice. Very clean. Great location for visiting canals, churches and eating places, but not very near Ghent St-Pieters Station. Taxi ride from station is around 10 euros.
The only deficiency was that several different individuals of the desk staff, on multiple occasions, were either not very knowledgeable or they were not inclined to be helpful. It was hard to tell. The information we got, particularly the directions, were difficult to understand and often misleading. On the other hand, the personnel at the bar were very courteous and helpful when called upon.

Stayed here for two nights. Got a great corner room on second floor with loads of space. Wifi is a little slow, no wonder there is a paid for option. Bar in hotel has great selection of drinks, reasonably priced and good service. Car park was easy to access albeit €25 a day

This is a comfortable and very reasonably priced hotel in the very heart of Ghent. The location is perfect, the bed was very large and comfortable, and we had a good selection of TV channels. Also I found the breakfast buffet good, with lots of choice. The only minus points I found were that only one lift is working and only certain floors have been renovated, and if you end up on a floor which still hasn't been fixed up, the rooms are quite dated. We were unlucky. I would give a 3.5 star for the old room. But I would give the over all stay a 4.

We stayed on the 3d floor which was very dated and in desperate need of a refurbishment and then I didn't mention the room itself yet. We've heard that the 1st 2 floors are totally refurbished but only available for people who book a room directly on their website. Unfortunately I cannot proof this but many reviews point to this.. Location is great though.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We had a new style room which was excellent. The room was spacious but the toilet/bathroom was a bit outdated.

The worst hotel in my all life. Everything is costing a fortune, 2 euros for two piece of bread, etcService is just crap, restaurant for lunch open only one person to serve, limited access to the card, food cold. Internet is just from the 90's, and when you ask if the premium one is better, the answer is yes, you paid 10 euros, for a connection not even alowing you to see a video on youtube, all connections are filtered and most of the internet sites are blocked. And to end with the best, you ask the day before if you can cancer your night because you need to leave earlier, For sure sir, but when checking out in the morning you have to pay for!!!! Never try this one, there is a lot of hotels nearby on this beautiful town.

Modern corporate style hotel. All rooms and facilities are to a good standard and everything seems to be new and everything is spotless. Only eat breakfast at the hotel and used the bar so can't comment on the restaurant. The bar is nice with a good choice of drinks and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but pretty average for this style of hotel.

The beds are hard, but other than that we had a great stay. Didn't use the breakfast option as in my opinion there are better options within a 300m radius that cost less. Room is spacious with a desk and a reasonably modern TV. There's also a sitting corner. Friendly staff and convenient parking below the hotel.

Rooms were clean and fairly minimalist with a splash of style. Lobby was large and chic, and all the staff were very friendly. Excellent location surrounded by shops, restaurants, lots of cafes and coffee shops, a design museum, a castle, and canals and within a few minutes' walk (and a Christmas market but presumably that's seasonal!!) Very reasonable price for a city centre hotel.
