Good location near the airport with convenient and fast shuttle service. Also immediately adjacent to rail station for excellent connections. Decent size rooms with basic conveniences and clean. Soundproofing could be better.

Great hotel, and the barman is one of the best I've seen in all the hotels I've been through Europe! Great thanks to Kersley and a warm welcome from Ali.

Excellent hotel, large bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms. Good quality beds. Nice bar / restaurant. Varied breakfast spread. Friendly service. Next to train station (less than 1min walk). Had a few issues with room key, dealt with eventually.

I love the Novohotel branches they are exquisite and worth the price. Rooms are clean. Common areas and rooms have a great taste of interior design. The staff are friendly. The amenities are clean and free. I would want to always stay in a NH hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel on a few occasions for work. This hotel is a convenient location to the airport and next to a train station. The rooms are of a reasonable size, clean but some rooms are started to like tired. During my recent stay, the wallpaper in the room I stayed in have started to peel and curl away at the edges, there might be some damp of ventilation issue. But overall, the rooms are clean and over good amenities. The food and service in the hotel is good but I wouldn't call it outstanding. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel near the airport.

Good facilities.Decent restaurant.Co-ordial staff.Very near to airport and infront of the train station Diegem.The hotel has free pickup and drop facilities approx. Every 30 minutes from the airport.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes drive from the airport and there is a free shuttle to the hotel.
There is a train station about 50 meters from the hotel with trains to the city center.
You can ask the counter for the timetable.
The hotel itself well design and the room was big and in very good condition.

Rooms are clean, roomy. Nice, safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good. Generally speaking nice hotel. But they have the WORST internet connection I've ever had in hotels!!!

Good hotel near to BRU airport, just with shuttle service, but this is not 24/7! Please ask before you go! Otherwise you can use the local rapid transit railways to/from the airport, just 2 stops away. Trains go directly to city centre station too, just 20 min far.
