A very nice place for a two star hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it's plentiful and tasty enough. The oldtown is 10-15 minutes on foot. I will definetly stay here again when I inevitably visit this fairytale town.

Stayed in Room 5.
No nightstand on one side of the bed. Power outlets are placed in the strangest places. Lighting doesn't cut it (too dark). Bathroom shower and sink were OK, toilet was cheap plastic. Wifi worked fine. Very poor soundproofing.
Breakfast was not worth the price. Bread rolls were a mix of fresh and old baked ones. Cheese was young cheap one (not what you would expect in Bruges) and you have to be very patient for a re-supply. Only hard-boiled eggs, no soft ones, sunny side up, or omelets and most importantly NO BACON! Orange juice was not fresh, coffee was OK.
No bar, closest terrace is at 't Zand (about a 5 to 10 minute walk).

It's really low budget taken a step too far. This hotel doesn't have it's own parking. Staff is friendly but not overly helpful. During our stay, there was one receptionist for the entire hotel. This lead to a rather poor breakfast experience, we decided to have breakfast elsewhere the following day. The accomodation is horribly outdated and mostly broken. The shower leaks, the taps are inverted and the shelf above the sink falls off when you use it. Things like power sockets, light switches etc. are all rather old and dirty looking. The door even opens itself when not locked. This is somewhat ok for a low-budget stay but the most annoying thing was noise. Even with all windows, doors and ventilation closed, street and hallway noise was horrible. We could hear people talk outside and cars passing on the main boulevard. Overall, it's an option if you're on a budget but there are probably better hotels here in Bruges.

Pleasant staff, large and decent room (large double room on the highest floor provides a fun view over Bruges rooftops).

Bel hôtel pour un weekend en famille. Facilité d'accès en voiture et proche du centre ville à pied. Personnel agréable et accueillant. Chambres spacieuses, mais la nôtre avait le verrou de la chambre cassé et du coup un peu dure à ouvrir.
Le petit moins est que la réception ferme assez tôt et donc une arrivée de nuit est impossibleresponse / report this review -

Twee nachten geslapen, en een hele slechte ervaring. Wifi werkte niet op de kamer, het was er heel warm met weinig of geen verluchting op de kamer, spinnenwebben en spinnen aan het plafond
Het ontbijt vanaf 08:30 uur wat toch veel te laat is naar mijn bescheiden mening als je daar verblijft als standhouder op een beurs.response / report this review -
