Staff lovely and helpful. Rooms very dark and parts of hotel dark. Had a room with a bedroom up winding stairs. Which was a little worrying so didn't get drunk.
Fairly close to tram and metro. Taxi 10 euro from main center.

Superb hotel in the city center. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are top quality. Food is haute cuisine.

Room is noisy (not only from road, but also from the door connecting to the neighbouring room) - I could hear strangers talking very clearly. My room did not have a shower, only a bathtub where I cannot stand up. That's not dignified for such a wanna-be posh hotel that guests have to knee in the tub :( Could be ok for a hostel, but not for such a house. Thanks, not again.
In addition this hotel features free WiFi that's abysmal. Network speed is so slow that working is impossible via it. Again, not at all up to the proclaimed standard of the hotel - simply embarassing.response / report this review -

I absolutely love the place. Really cosy, home cosy to me, warm, stuff is nice. Full of charm, conveniently situated and reasonably priced. When in Bruxelles I am sad if they are fully booked. I do love to stay here. The cheat receptionist, Jean (if I remember well), is a real professional, it's always a pleasure. Thank you
