I could hear the heater in the room moan and roar all day and all night long. It only stopped when switched off which obviously is not an option in Belgium, especially during the winter.
There was no soap or shampoo available.
There was a very intense smell of (possibly toxic) insecticide in my room, almost unbearable. I could feel the cancer cells spreading all over my organs..
The location is not convenient at all and the city centre is only reachable by bus and metro combined.
The so-called receptionist was almost never available or even accessible by phone, especially after 8pm.
There were some dodgy faces among the customers.

Nice clean room on the outskirts of Brussels. English speaking staff, no hidden charges. The only complaint I had was a broken shower.

Pretty good place with friendly manager Serge who always can help you with advice. Check-in is little bit late, at 4pm though.

The best room I've lived with such a nice price! We booked this hotel because we found that hostels in Brussles are expensive. The price was 164 euro for 4 people to stay 2 nights. The room is quite spacious and highly furnished, with TV, microwave, private and clean bathroom, refrigerator, sofa, tea table, table, cups, glasses, tea and coffee bags, wardrobe and teakettle. I love this flat at first sight! The location is not quite good, but it's easy to take a No. 49 bus from Brussles-Midi Station to get here. I recommend this hotel!
