Plus un café qu'un vrai resto. Reprise il y a quelques mois par une nouvelle gérance. Plats de brasserie sans déception ni réelle surprise. Prix raisonnables.

This hotel is a SHAME for Belgium. The receptionist doesn't speak English, and when you switch to French, she wouldn't tell you by phone if they have free rooms or not in the period you need. I just can't believe it. This is the capital of Europe? No wonder Europe is falling apart. Don't stay at this hotel if you were to sleep in the street.

Accueil, service et amabilité au rendez-vous. Des plats à la fois gourmands et très bien présenté. Je vous conseil leur tarte tatin flambée au calvados qui est juste un délice pour vos papilles!!
Peut être un seul bémol, le manque de luminosité.

DO NOT TRUST OWNERS//DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Disgraceful- this hotel took money from me in cash and have also charged my credit card. I was completely ripped off and they haven't responded to my emails etc. The female owner also took my key from me at breakfast and went into my room for some reason, even though I hadn't checked out. Also, it is advertised as convenient for airport/Brussels but it took me an hour to get from Gosselies to Charleroi Sud train (which is yet another hour from Brussels). Breakfast was a scam too- 5/6 euro for bread and jam. I am not the type to complain, but this is the worst experience I have ever had.
