Time to refurbish this hotel, everything is so worn out and not maintained. The staff is friendly, however, people who speak at least English and/or Dutch in the breakfast area are a must, they should also wear some other clothes to serve Breakfast, just stepping in from street with jeans is not acceptable/hygienic

the hotel in general is very nice. A great disappointment when we arrived at the assigned room, it was a small attic, with the smell of urine, old and small bathroom. The reserved room was of "superior category", but when claiming they told me that for them superior was basic !!! for me never again

This hotel was lovely, it was clean with fantastic staff. Great pool, although it looked like work was unfinished to the side of the pool area. We had a slight issue with our room and we were moved to a wonderful room much better suited to our needs. The location is brilliant and the kids area is great. We would definitely stay here again.

Don't let the street view of this hotel put you off. At the time of our visit, Aug 2017, the entrance canopy was in need of repair and the front of the hotel looked a bit tired. Once through the doors though it was a revelation. The foyer was bright spacious and modern, walking through to our room we passed a kids playroom with a lounge area opposite for parents and a small gym and swimming pool. There is very limited parking at the hotel itself so I recommend you book that along with you're room especially if you're travelling by motorcycle otherwise you'll be parking on the street or nearby bike park. The nearby underground carpark does not allow bikes in.
Our room was on the ground floor and very spacious and quiet but very dark due to the varnished timber ceiling. Beds were large and comfortable and the en-suite was a good size.
Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice.
It is a very easy walk right in to the centre of Brugge and you walk past a market area which holds regular food, clothes and flee markets.
We would stay there again.

We stayed at the Floris Hotel for one night. We had three rooms. It is a good location just a 5 minute walk to the city central. It was warm at night and we had to have the windows open to cool off, but there were ceiling fans above the beds. With the windows open the room facing the road was loud, but the other rooms were fine. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and worked hard during the busy breakfast rush.

On arrival receptionist was fowl mouthed , Room smelt had to open window and put fan on to clear smell, went to get a shower there was no hot water. Breakfast room far too small and not enough to go around dishes empty and not refilled

Nice and clean hotel with anything you need for a comfortable short stay. The suite we got was just wonderful and perfect for a couple with a baby or kids. The swimming pool is quite nice even if it misses a changing room to be fully enjoyable. The only little negative point we would report is the quality of the breakfast that does not reach the overall standard of the hotel.

We stayed here for a long weekend in December 2016. Fantastic position from the station as it's only a 10-15 min walk, which is basically walking along one straight road, so there's no need for taxi's and it's really easy to walk into the main square and main areas. The hotel itself has a lovely lobby area, nice modern bar, friendly, helpful staff and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The rooms could do with some updating but they were clean and had a good size bathroom so no problem really. Would stay again!

Nice place close to the historic center. Unfortunately, no AC in our room, but there is a fan though. Breakfast was very good. The indoor swimming pool was very pleasant too. Helpful staff. They speak fluently French, English, Dutch and probably even more.
