Old. I dont understand why there is no cattle and cup in the room, which means no hot hot water to drink. You have to buy water, why some hotels like this ? The only good thing is close to the train station.

Decent and small (family-like) hotel, in the heart of Leuven (need to say everything is in heart of Leuven as it is quite small town), in walking distance from railway/bus station, out of frequent streets. Hotel offers free WiFi, good breakfasts, kind and helpfull staff, comfy rooms and fair quality/price ratio.

About a five minute walk from the Leuven train station and ten minutes walk from the city centre, the hotel is in a great location. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom sufficient. Windows open for climate control, though the street can be loud. Breakfast is pretty good.
