Very nice atmosphere. Staff is really friendly too. They adviced us some good beers as well. I personally liked Saison Dupont alot.

Excellent atmosphere outside (when the weather permits). A large selection of beers. Service is nice and the beers are inexpensive. Only sausages are available to eat.

This is THE place to be when visiting Ghent to enjoy Belgium beers. It's a cosy and popular place and has only a small terrace. Most of the time there are no seats available. They have a list of 5 pages with beers to choose from. Loved this place and returned a few times during my stay in Ghent.

Huge choice of beers in a beautiful pub just close to the river. There are a few seats inside and more outside. Not so expensive

This is the canal-side beer house for the visitor to Gent to enjoy sampling a wide range of beers with at least 100 beers on offer and all the appropriate glassware to ensure that you are getting the best of each brewery's creation.

This typical Belgian beer cafe has a lot of beers! The menu of beers almost looks like a big beer bible. They also have a lot of beers on draught and the prices are okay. I recommend to try 'Klokke Roeland'

Next to the river this is a lovely little place (though I found out it had 2 floors) with very attentive and friendly bar staff, great house beers and comes across as somewhere the locals would drink.

They seem to do cheese and meat plates but we were all about the beer when we went. They did look very good though.

Thanks a lot to the bartender for great service, and for perking our day up that started slow! You made the 7 guys in white t-shirts very merry indeed..

If you like beer and you're in Ghent this is a must visit. Especially for the house specials! Nice selection of snacks to help you soak up the stronger brews too!
