Nice and quiet hotel in Mons associated with a good restaurant and high quality cocktails. Soon to be in re-designing the restaurant but still, if you search a good food and/or a good place to stay in Mons, don't hesitate

Lovely hotel with quirky rooms on a street with bars and shops and not far from the main square. We didn't try the restaurant but it was very popular so we assume it was good.

The hotel was pretty nice, but not very practical. My room was in a separate building, so I had to pass through restaurant and parking in the backyard and sneak between cars parked close to each other.

Wifi was absolutely terrible, first few days not working in my room at all and I had to go working in the restaurant or near reception. Later, they "fixed" it, but it still wasn't good enough for FaceTime. Every ~5th page didn't load and you had to hit refresh.

Parking was tiny and some days full, so I had to park on the street. One day my car was towed because of a market even though there were no signs that parking was not allowed (not the hotel's fault, but they could have reminded me).

You had to really slam the doors to close them, which made lots of noise and my neighbours woke me up few times this way.

Plus for a nice restaurant. They don't have a single vegetarian meal on the dinner menu, but were able to make one for me when I asked.

This hotel provides an interesting experience!! Floors and rooms have unique decorations, you can be absolutely surprised 😎 give yourself some time to enjoy the bar, the bartender service is great!

My room (Oceania):
Room: Good air condition, window that you can open. Good space.
Bathroom: Big bathroom with an excellent shower, fan did not work very well.
Parking: OK space, sometimes full, clumsy management.

Overall: Very good hotel, at least for Belgium.

Interesting place. The lobby and restaurant are very nice. The rooms are clean, but strange: no windows (except a couple skylights) and a weird decor (cow hide chairs and funky paintings on the wall). However, the location and food are quite good, pushing it to 5 stars. I would definitely stay again (call to get a NATO rate, it's a substantial discount).

Very busy & noisy with maybe 3 stag dos (bachelor parties) including a man wandering around in a giant plastic penis suit. Car park entry button broken then spaces blocked in 3 deep. Have to meander through restaurant to find unsigned reception. Staff okay. Room on top floor had windows with frosted glass so no view at all. No instructions for blackout blind but we worked them out odd too to have a (locked) kitchen system in our room. Breakfast good but inefficiently arranged and awkward. Price bore NO relation to that quoted at booking, including massive tax portion. We wanted to like this more than we did because Mons is fun & so is this concept. But sadly, cannot recommend.

Authentic and original decor. Calm dark colors in room and halls. Funky insignia on the floor and walls made me smile several times. Not all rooms have the view or even a window to open. Ask for the room with a window. Food is good. Restaurant is stylish and modern. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great idea to put a tray of apples for arriving guests. Better than cookies! I really appreciated the opportunity to make tea in room. Thanks.
