Clean room, without moquette. Really good and various breakfast (with quality products) and cheaper for a 4 star in Bruxelles. And a fantastic idea: tea time, from 16:00 to 19:00 you can have coffee, tea or fruit juice with something to eat (salt sandwich or sweet).

Bed fine, room nice, big TV but few programs. Only real negative point is the bathroom. The bathtub / shower door won't keep the water inside and the shower head is badly adjusted.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Great location. Our room had windows looking over the atrium however this meant our lie in was disturbed by the coming and goings of other guests and staff down below.

I really liked this hotel. It was clean. The staff were v friendly and helpful. The location was great and the price was fair. Don't buy breakfast though. There are lots of local places which are better fort less money.

Nice and comfortable place. It was a bit difficult to find it, but it is in a convenient location. It takes just 5 mini walking to the Grand Place. Facilities and amenities were suitable and useful. The general impression was good, it worth what you pay.

Located in the centre of Brussels (only 5 mins walk from Grand Place), this recently refurbished hotel was great value compared to other hotels I looked at in the centre. The room was modernly refurbished, with a comfortable king size bed, sofa, desk, minibar and large flat screen TV. There was free wifi, although it was slow and seemed to struggle with the number of visitors. The reception staff seemed a bit overloaded and check-in was slow, but free afternoon/evening refreshments were provided in the foyer. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who wanted a more affordable but still 4 star hotel in the centre of Brussels.
