Very good place to stay for a transit. Even if we arrived a bit late they arranged a quick meal for us at the restaurant. Prices are fair. I definitely recommend. Only 4 stars as I think the shuttle for the airport should be free.

Good hotel. Very helpful and friendly receptionist. Just disappointed with the restaurant. My Salmon was cold and raw inside. I couldn't eat 3/4 of it. Or maybe that is how it is meant to be ?

While clean and easy access to the business park, for the business traveler you might wish to stay elsewhere as they do actively block VPN access.

Breakfast not up to it, rooms basic. Fitness is just in name. It is the most basic best western. Not worth the 💰.

Very convenient location for an early morning flight out of Charleroi. We were tempted to walk to the airport, but a taxi is definitely the way to go. The hotel offers one at a discounted rate. Room was basic and small, but had what we needed.

Boring and rooms are very small bathroom is very small . Its restaurant is very bad. Remote area no surrounding resturants you need a car to reach any supermarket . Yet very expensive

Basic business hotel with decent restaurant and a rather underwhelming breakfast. Wifi is not functional in certain rooms down the halls, and asking for a room with functional Wifi proved to be a major undertaking because i had unwrapped soap to wash my hands and used a towel to dry them. Which would cause extra housekeeping. Seriously. Dinner pretty good in spite of super slow service, breakfast borderline miserable.

The hotel is located very close to the airport and very convenient The downside is: trying to get into Brussels. We took a taxi and it cost us €110 to the down town train station We should've got a cab and went back to the airport and took the shuttle to the train station. Shame on me moment!!!!
