once good but now poorer and run down. inno os lacklustre and lacks the top end brands inno have in the city2 shop.
I just brought a high end foundation. I expected the service to be more sharp, since I'm paying a lot of money for a foundation, I'm most likely to come back, so don't try to sell extra items (serums etc.) and not propose a tester (it's called up selling and keeping good customers). I'm there to spend, so what you have to do is to guide me in the right direction. Also don't put a high end foundation in a plastic bag. It looks cheap.
Good chain for daily and festive clothing
A regular Inno store. It is quite limited in choice (particularly for men's clothes and shoes). The one on Rue Neuve is better.
Good quality products that come with a certain price tag.
What was once a reasonable, if uninspiring, shopping gallery is now a depressing collection of mostly empty premises. Not worth visiting - unless you're into gritty urban decay photography.
Thank you to the ground floor staff who helped me choosing items (leather wallets) with an efficient and accurate help. The Inno staff is very kind and helpful, smiling, full of good advices. Prices are not always high as many believe. There are promotions many times a yearcwith worthy bargains, I recommand!
