Reception can be manned better given amount of rooms but still courteous service. Rooms can have a bit more light though. Room size was ok and fresh.

Hotel has decently sized and well-decorated rooms. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast buffet was a decent spread (note: staff have a booklet listing allergens in each item, but these are not shown at breakfast).

Lovely hotel. Couldn’t fault a thing. Location great, very comfortable and very clean. Melissa who runs the bar makes fantastic cocktails and was a real help with the area. *****

Beautiful place. Almost center of the city. But why does the hotel only serve breakfast from 8 AM when you have to be in your new office at 7.30😀

Nice location, just outside the centre but easily walkable in 5 mins. Food was nice, especially the breakfast which was buffet style, but with hot and cold food instead of the usual continental. The bread was also fresh and very tasty. The room was nice, clean and had all the usual features. Parking was a little tight, but it is in a city centre, so I was just happy to have somewhere at all to be honest! Staff spoke very good English and were friendly and helpful.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and there is off street parking available. Good breakfast too. Excellent location and within walking distance of many tourist sites.

Great hotel conveniently located in Brugge. Comfortable room of good size, comfortable bed and a tasty breakfast. There is an indoor pool but it is more of the paddling variety than something you'd go for a morning swim in. Parking is slightly hidden behind the hotel but there were a good number of spaces available. In the evenings the cocktail bar does great drinks at a reasonable price. All considered a very good hotel
