Very unfriendly employee on the phone to ask for information about unblocking my father's account.
A person goes through a difficult period and then you have someone like that on the line. You can miss that. I also wanted to go to Deutsche bank, but I think differently now.

Daar we het geld nodig hadden moesten we onze spaarrekening afsluiten , we werden vlug, professioneel,vriendelijk en heel efficiënt geholpen, ik zou wel 4 en een halve ster willen geven maar dat gaat niet , 5 sterren indien er een ietsje hartelijkheid zou bijkomen

Professioneel, vriendelijk, hulpvaardig. Telkens ik met dit kantoor in contact kom, vraag ik me af waarom dit niet overal zo is. Een absolute aanrader!
