Nice and big store where you can buy anything related to sports. There are enough employees running around to ask professional advise to and who are always willing to help. it is also very accessable due to the available parking opportunities.

Bad customer service. Bought expensive runningshoes from New Balance and in a short period the fabric on the inside was totally torn. The guy from customer service (Stef) was very rude, called me 'missy' and said they didn't give any garantee on any product that wasn't their own brand. Bad experience and very rude personell.

Clean and well-organized store, very friendly staff, great checkout. Bike repair and checkup corner is fab. Products are good quality/price too, ranging from some higher-end pro equipment to very affordable low-end house-brand basics. Close to the city center with good transit connections. The cineplex next door is good for a drink or a bite afterwards.
