Extrelmely slow, unflexible and inefficient service, including poor management of invoicing.

I had to be operated twice in the hospital, the surgeon is OK but the administration is horrible. The first time, nobody knew, I was planned for surgery and wandered the hospital for over an hour to find someone who could help me. The second time, they gave me the wrong hour and the anesthesist was not available anymore so basically they operated me without decent anesthesia, making me feel everything and having to bite the pain. Really middle ages. Also during the follow up consultations after the first operation, I lost a lot of time because they forgot to plan my x-rays and other stuff. In the end, their bill was incorrect and too late and I had to pay for things myself, because I fell outside the insurance period. Go to a different hospital

We ended up in the Urgencies after our son fell in the playground in Leopold park. They disinfected the wound and said they wouldn't even charge us anything since it was such a small intervention!

Shameless rip-off place. Ear-nose-throat doctor Petre-Brecx just charged 110 eur for a visit. 60 eur for looking into my nose and 50 for looking into my ears. Literally not more than looking into it. Sint Jan or other clinics charge 40 Eur for the same.

Worst dhermatologie deprartment ever. My randevous was at 10:45. At 12.30 still waited for the que. And they were calling other patients don't know why. And when you are asking they dont have any excuses
