Decent hotel for a night on the go or business trip. Quiet, good bed, clean. Ideally located close to highways. Good food in the restaurant.

About an hours walk from the centre. Nowhere to park bicycles. Room was full of mosquitoes and I was covered in bites. It wasn't just us, there were other people moaning about this over breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the cooked options rescue this place from a single star review.

Ok rooms, clean, not so great bed, only 1 wall socket . Ok breakfast. Nice staff. Free parking, near freeway. 20mins bus from centrum of Gent

The motel itself is okay, the bed was a king size one, a small coffee/tee station , everything was a bit old and used, but clean and not damaged.

The restaurant and the service orientation was a mess.
Stayed here for four nights and they were -not even on one day-to manage the orders correctly, even taking orders can need an hour.
And don't expect waving to the servant would help.

Breakfast is okay, but dinner was the worse service experience I ever had on all my business trips.

Bit of a strange place for an evening meal. Menu more basic than a standard Campanile. Veggies not well served. Customers bring their own laptop entertainment and watch it on the table whilst eating. So bit of a strange place, but staff friendly.

Avoid – Avoid –Avoid!
1. You and your property are not safe!
2. Nobody replies to your concerns or complaint.
3. This hotel does not even deserve 2 stars.
Reception gave a key card to our room to a complete stranger, who stood in front of our bed at midnight and frightened the life out of us. No apology, nothing. Despite registering concerns with reception and 3 further emails! This person could have easily helped themselves to our possessions, had we not been in the room. I will not even mention the rest as the management clearly have no interest in providing even the most basic customer service. £60 for this ??? Shocking!

The hotel staff are very helpful we had a mix up with our booking the reception staff rang and found us some where to stay. following day we stayed at campanile again they was very helpful and cleaned our room right away for us to check in, beds was comfortable and was made to feel very welcome the guys at the reception are very polite and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend and return here.

This hotel is alright. Decent accommodations and a nice restaurant. The location is easy to find off the highway and there is plenty of parking space. The wifi was terrible though and the reception area was messy. Alright for staying for a night on business, but would not recommend for more than that.
