Hotel has a great location just 1 block from train station and the
tram stop is right outside their front door.
Staff was so gracious and helpful. Room noise a minimum.
Plenty of hot water and towels.
Breakfast lay out more than satisfactory.
I would choose this place again and recommend it to everyone.

A nice hotel with breakfast included. Parking is limited. 20 minute walk to city centre. Staff is very helpful.

Really helpful Receptionist gave me a map and explained how to get into the Town Centre. They also sell Tram tickets (€6 per day), which is helpful if you don't want to use the machines. Tea & coffee + complementary bottle of water from the minibar are a nice touch. Bathroom good size and had a good shower + hairdryer. Breakfast options included a nice range of cold meats, breads and cheese as well as bacon and scrambled eggs, which is unusual in my experience in Belgium and came as a nice surprise. Only drawback is the noisy road (Trams run from right outside the Hotel from 5.45-midnight!) and I couldn't get sound out of the TV despite the bright blue light coming from the satellite box all night. Positives generally outweigh the negative though

A very nice hotel: impeccably clean, good service, smooth operations, perfect location - I only have good things to say. I am planning to return in near future and I will recomment the hotel to friends and business associates.

The room is a bit cramped and has a strange layout. The bathroom door didn't close. But the location is very good with good walking and tram connections to the city. The staff was helpful and multilingual

I have to say I'm very happy with the service and the location. Tram right in front of the hotel and it's super convenient to walk to train station. The bathroom is huge and bed fairly comfortable. Quiet in the evening as well.

The interior of the hotel has quite some history, and it is next to the tram , which means you might need ear plugs to help you when you go to bed.

Really helpful stuff, nice clean rooms, beautiful view during the breakfast under the roof.
If you are coming by car - definitely reserve a parking place in the hotel, because there are only 7. Around the hotel you can park only for 2 hours long.
Directly in front of the hotel is the tram station, from which the tram number 1 will take you to the city.
