  Bought a 2nd hand bike with warranty still on it, cycled less than 2 km and engine already failed. I wanted my money back and possibly buy a whole new one. But got 100 euros less for the bike that broke. So I had the bike repaired under warranty. But still a problem, engine cuts out during braking and remains off. Then have the bike made in Luit. Apparently bike shop has little idea about E bike because it was the brake break. I only have 1 word for now afterwards the answer read the first you sold me that bike broken and benefited from it being paid to you by the warranty and was not good yet. I wanted my full amount back as soon as it was worn out and buy a whole new one from you. But you already counted 100 because I had cycled to the roundabout at the bakery. Fortunately, I did not buy a new one from you, but I have bought a new one somewhere else in the meantime
