  Super helpful and nice! I had a bunch of questions and the desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions for me. They emailed anyone who was though their front office on a day when a key was found on the floor to make sure they found the owner, and when I needed a copy of my receipt several weeks after my visit they very quickly replied with a copy. Thank you so much!
  Also the breakfast buffet was delicious!

  Excellent break in Turnhout. We stayed at The Best Western Hotel which started off with us being given a room that was not suitable, but that was quickly put right by the helpful and friendly day staff who couldn't do enough to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is clean with housekeeping ensuring rooms are made up every day and replenished with fresh towels. They deliver an buffet style breakfast that caters for even fussy eaters like myself which includes fresh fruit, cereal and eggs and bacon. I rarely give five stars but thanks guys and I will definitely be staying here again.

  Well, a reasonable hotel next to the bus terminal and train station. Room and shower is a bit small. Breakfast is an okay. Staffs are friendly. This hotel gets pretty full during weekdays.

  Best Western is lovely small Hotel in Turnhout right next to the Station. The room and bathroom was extremely small. No space to swing a cat. On The other hand the rooms are well maintained, it's very clean. The carpet in the room and hallway are stained and very dated. Needs a revamp!! The bed was very soft and surprising comfortable. All in all a great hotel. Our view from the room was TURNHOUT STATION!!

  The place is ok, however can be pretty noisy (road+train). Choose the studio (crossing the road, in front-of the main hotel building), a little more expensive but much more quiet. Bed in studio are really confortable, room are big, nice TV setup and great bathroom (tube and shower place separated). The studio is also equipped with kitchenette, fridge and Microwave.

  This hote offers excellent accommodation for people. The price is rather high but for the service they give their customers I personally think it’s the right price to ask.
