The reason I give BW hotel residence in Ghent 4 stars is because of the staff. Super cooperative and considerate. Thanks Jente, Rafael and the breakfast lady :)

It was an okay stay. A bit noisy early in the morning (heard a lot of doors slam). Breakfast was Nice. I ordered a glutenfree breakfast when I checked in and it was ready for me the next morning. I was very happy about that.

Perfect location! Great room! Breakfast was Ok.
The building seems to be a little old, so there is some creaking on the floors, but nothing too annoying.

I like its location (you have everything at hand, you can go walking to many places) but above all the breakfast.. it's all what you hope when you have a long day ahead. They have all, milk, Orange juice, cereals, bacon with eggs, delicious sausage, fruit and pastries varied. The rooms are very clean. And the receptionist are very friendly

Location TOP, but.
After staying there for almost one week I can definitely say, next time I will certainty look for another place. In the first room I couldn't open the windows. Both were brocken or locked. During breakfast there was a kind of chemical eggs. Some equipments in the bathroom seems to fall apart. And and and
I'm fine with many of those things, but not for 120€ a night as a discount price. They should really use the money for some new investments.
However, service was ok and the staff was friendly.
