Rather efficient for such a large operation. Go on their website to book your appointment.! It will save you quite some time.

Badly organised, enormous queues, if you try to book there is no guarantee that your time slot will be respected and you will still have to wait. Expect a visit to take at least 1-2 hours when most other countries would be able to organise this in 10-15 minutes. Belgian organisation talent at its finest

The public sector/office for obtaining Driving license n they also certify cars for emission percentage.

I went there for the checkup for selling my car. Not only did the double the price of the checkup, I also had to pay extra because I forgot à paper and although my wife brought it, I had to pay extra because they claimed that I had left the premises with my car. But what infuriated me the most was that the lady at the reception, could not care less and instead of listening or being helpful kept on doing her makeup. The only reason they get two stars is because the mechanic was really friendly and helpful.

Typicalthey are incompetent no expertise at all. Unable to read correctly papers and the accept nothing than their own blindness but they think they are Gods. I would like to know their qualifications. Shame on you Belgian state.

typical monopolistic Belgian institution: poor service quality, slow, inefficient, frustrating, corrupt! and the worse thing is that you have no choice, as with taxi and other state monopoly in Brussels
