Great selection of tyres available all year round. Very easy to make appointments online. Very efficiently organised, with free WiFi in the waiting room!

Le patron est un escorc !
Got a flat tire They told me the only option they have available in store is a Bridgestone brand at 220 Euros per tire. Total cost of the operation 550 Euros for two tires. Since I've got the new tires there's a terrible cyclic noise when I drive above 60km/h.
Went back to the store and was told that I have to change the other 2.
NO THANKS !
First fix the problem then I will decide when and WHERE I want to change my tires.
You just lost one client, Sir.
Total disappointment in service and quality of your 220 Euros / piece Bridgestone super noisy tires.

Total lack of professionalism.
Called to check for new pirelli winter tires, asked the price on the phone, booked an appointment for pirelli.
When I went to the cashier to pay, it was a bit cheaper. So I asked if the tires were indeed the pirelli ones I had specifically asked for. They told me they had them in stock when I booked the appointment, but not anymore. When I insisted that they should have booked them for me, they answered that I must have misunderstood on the phone. Yeah, right, my mistake now.
No apologies, no professionalism. It takes more than technical skills to run a company.response / report this review
