This museum was phenomenal! They have a lot of reading and stairs for those who may have limitations. There is a ton of life-sized displays replicating authentic pictures. Some displays are not for the faint of heart. They also have a sensory bunker where you can experience a short idea of what it felt like to hide in a bunker during the war (not for children and it gets very very loud for anyone r who may be sensitive). I am SO pleased we came it was fantastic.

The 'wax' figures are some of the best, especially considering it is a private collection. GO TO THE BASEMENT. Feel the start of the bombardment of Bastogne. My wife cried it felt that intense. Thank God you never felt it for real 😔

Don't miss this place --- the "living" exhibits are extremely lifelike and attention to detail unreal. Be sure to visit the bomb shelter exhibit for a surreal experience.

Awesome museum!! Tons of interesting artifacts. I love the scenes re-creations. It gives you a feel of what it was really like. The bomb shelter is so cool!! Don't miss it!! It's really loud thought so it's probably not a good idea to bring in little kids. Well worth a visit. They take card

My first stop on my Germany tour. An astounding museum of the war that was fought just outside it's door. Incredible mementos of our history and fascinating mosaics of a time past.

In the basement is countless knick-knacks from WW2 and there is an incredible war simulator that shows you what it was like to have war fought just outside your door.

Great collection of WW2 items, weapons, uniforms, you name it. Love how they tell stories about some of the soldiers from the Battlefield. Especially since they chose a Native American one to make a tribute to. The Bomb Room simulator is worth a visit. Very interesting!

An impressive collection of equipment and battlefield relics, brought to life by meticulously designed display scenes and eerily realistic mannequins. A sincere tribute to the soldiers of the 101st, and a somber reminder of the cost of war. This is one of the best museums I have ever seen. The recreation of a bomber raid, complete with AA gunfire and the bone chilling rumble of approaching bombers, makes the experience unforgettable. Well done!!!!
