It's one of the best hotels in Bangladesh which in Gulshan- 2. Their Management and serving facilities are good. Each of their team members are very well behaved and humble to response any kind of queries and helps. You should try sometimes, because they are not that much high ranges hotel.

This is one of the leading hotel in Dhaka. It is located in the prime area of the city. It has recently resolved its shortage of parking and arranged convenient open air parking in addition to its underground parking. The swimming pool is on the sixth floor, the ball room is on the third and the executive lounge on the twenty-third. The ball room is smaller in size than similar facilities of some other hotel in the city. All the rooms have beautiful city views. The hotel maintains a certain standard.

In 2021, it has became a nightmare. All the great servers are long gone and the new team is very poor. At present, there are multiple better options in the city. Still Sushi bar is the best among Buffets in the town.

The Westin is probably Bangladesh's nicest hotel. The service staff is amazing and the food is quite good. The weight room is decent and the spa services are up to par. (Ask for Latki, she's great). What really stood out to me is the truly excellent business lounge on the 21st floor. My partner and I lived there for two weeks as we conducted meetings, held interviews and worked. It's a very comfortable and spacious lounge, an excellent place to relax and get work done. Happy hours are great there too.

Very convenient location as airport is near and located at most pompous area in Dhaka. All amenities are available not only in hotel but also surrounding. Food is delicious and lot of variations at buffet lunch. Lobby is spacious. But very rude and strict about capturing pictures of lobby, dining, food at buffet. Don’t know the cause and nobody clear it.

Loved my short visit there. Their lobby is really fantastic. The grand ballroom is spacious enough to arrange a program or two side by side. Talking about food, it was really fresh and delicious. I had multi cuisine buffet with lots of variations. Their service really decent.

Fantastic stay at The Westin Dhaka in January 2020. The staff were polite, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious, clean and functional. They even sent the tech support guy to check the wireless access point in my room. This was also the first time I used the Marriott iOS app to message the hotel and found it efficient and easier than in person, successfully arranging for a friend to get a room key and ordering transportation to the airport for my return flight.

I would definitely stay here again.

Just had the worst spa experience. Went there after a very hectic few days at work expecting a relaxing experience. Could have gone anywhere else but as it's a 5 star hotel I expected a 5 star service and as a diplomat living in the area it's close for me to get there with all the traffic so I thought it would be the best choice . However I'm very very disappointed as it was way way below what someone would expect from a 5 star hotel spa. I've been a Google guide for sometime however I haven't given many reviews but this got me so frustrated that I just had to share this. I want to point out a few things.
1. Bad ambience - all the while I was there I could hear doors opening and closing, people talking outside, the traffic and some other noises (not a very ideal relaxing environmental)
2. Usually you'd expect a friendly smile and a greeting from your masseuse but there was none of that
3. It felt more like the masseuse was forced to do her job and was in a rush to finish throughout the massage - I thought relax meant slow and gentle
4. You're not getting what you paid for - the spa receptionist told me that the aroma massage would be best for relaxation if I didn't want any stretching and just to relax. So I'm not sure if the masseuse was even aware of what type of massage I asked for because there definitely was stretching.
All in all it was definitely not worth and not what I expected. I really hope the hotel management takes some action in this regard.

One of the five star hotels in Dhaka. Many foreign guests are here. The conference room here is very good for the event. The quality of the food is fairly good. Cafeteria is good. Safety and security is also satisfactory. Here the car parking system needs to be better. Embassies of different countries from this hotel are nearby.

The Westin is one of the busiest hotel in Bangladesh, great location, just at the heart of gulshan 2 circle. Good for seminars, they have large ballrooms for seminars. Their buffet is also good. Themed buffet is done in special days Don't forget to try out the live kitchen in buffets. other main items and desserts are also good.

Westin has a good car parking in such a busy place and has a great view from the top floors.

One of the busiest hotel in Bangladesh. It is placed in center of commercial hub of capital, Gulshan. Very well maintained. Seasonal Tastes restaurant is very good. Pool, Gym and others amenities are world class. SPG international chain maintained hotel quite perfectly. Spacious rooms and well secured, nicely cleaned.

here on a official trip and the this is the best hotel selection done by my booking agent.I was very disappointed by one of the airlines service while coming to Dhaka but after reaching here i forgot all those bitter findings.The hotel staff is very soft spoken,friendly,courteous,proactive,active listener,nice attire,well groomed and trained specially restaurant staff and they are very professional and well trained.The room is very comfortable clean with all the modern facilities. The WIFI is good. The buffet restaurant is very nice.Hotel has security in place and armed guards as you enter in.

One of the easily accessible hotels in Gulshan 2. It is safe and close to the embassies. Westin is also a great place to hold parties in their banquet hall. The staff is very helpful and accomodation. I had a good experience.

I've tried their buffet lunch and dinner both. It's worth every penny. They have a wide array of cuisines starting from Asian to western, live pasta station, tempura station, grill station and a soup station. They've also included assorted sushi, sashimi and maki roll in their buffet. They have plenty of options for non-vegetarian but vegetarian people can also find some good options over there. This is one of the best buffets compared with other five star hotel buffet in Dhaka.

I was there for a meeting with my colleagues. I had a coffee, muffin and juice over there. Services are good and prompt. Food is good, good atmosphere for corporate meeting. We are in the first floor lobby and it was well decorated. Overall a good place for corporate meeting, deal negotiation.

Westine is a 5 star hotel situated in Gulshan. They have great accommodation system along with delicious food. They arrange different programs round the year like Christmas party, new years party, pizza week, burger week and many more. Their food is great but if you try their Bangladeshi traditional food then you might choose the local restaurants instead.

Awesome Buffet Experience there. The decoration and food selection is superb. I expected a bland taste but delightfully it was very delicately delicious. 4k per person for buffet. But we got buy one get one offer from GP Star, so totally worth it.
