As it is behind the railway line, it took 50min to reach airport using their drop off service. distance was not more than 800m, but lots of train movement caused stalled traffic. beware of that.
I was informed that they have well maintained swimming pool, but it was a lie. It is like an empty tank with no standard maintained.
Price seems high compare to it's standard. Not on nice street. Other buildings are very close to hotel building, so no sunlights.response / report this review -

Not a very good experience, no pickup service even after repeated calls, the bathrooms were filthy. Complimentary breakfast was very minimal and denied even an extra coffee suggesting it not part of breakfast to provide extra. That says it all.

Okay pricing decent stuff. Good food at the restaurant except the part no room service for food. Rooms are dirty and pretty old bed and other stuff in every room. We stayed 2 night 4 rooms pretty same conditions. Kid of suffered for not having elevator for 2 nights with family members.

Decent spot that doesnt break the bank. Rooms were ok, wouldnt recommend long term stay though. Bathrooms were not clean enough in my opinion. Best thing about this place is the free pickup and drop off from the airport. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Would recommend for people flying out with in 24 hours.

Very good price-wise considering it's a commercial area. Very good service from the staff as well as a compassionate manager who is very invested in the troubles of his clients. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely come here again one day. Overall 10/10.

Went for the iftari in their restaurant. Its good. Hotel is very local. Populated area. Security concern. Not suitable for foreigners. Food is also for Bangladeshi only.

A quiet good hotel. Been there from a sponsorship. Rooms are comfortable and nice. The decorations are really comfortable. On the floor nice soft mat. And room service are very responsive. But till many things to develop. All the foods are need to be designed again.

Room is satisfactory, soft foam bed,clean carpet, working AC :) a small fridge & TV at 3000 BDT. Bath have mild warm water facility. Toilet clean. But food is expensive. Suggest to take food outside at nearby restaurants if you are not foreigner.

All rooms smell of cigarette smoke. Not well maintained. For the price your paying it's not even a 2 star hotel. They try to make like it's a north american hotel and just want the money but not the service given to you.

This hotel is located near airport. Though entrance from airport is not great but the inside is good enough. Inside restaurant food is also tasty.
