I am really overwhelmed about post sales service from Star tech, Multiplan branch. Staff's were totally professional. They exchanged a Gimble, though it was out of warranty. I highly recommend this shop for any kind of tech products.

I gave the my laptop for diagnosis. They did nothing but billed me. My Dvd drive no longer works after their servicing. It was all ok before that. Anyone can Install windows nowadays. Who would pay only to get Windows installed and ignore any problem in it? Also lose dvd drive in process?
I'm not going there ever again.
Must say They were great 5-6 years back. Now local mechanics would care about your device more than them.

This is a very good place to buy computer, laptop and all the other products related to these. The staff are really well behaved and are dedicated for the customers. Also, they are the official retailers of brands like Razer and Gamdias in Bangladesh. This explains their wide range of business. They have two shops and a Service Center in Multiplan Center

Very bad service. Bought a pc, they were very late to setup even though there were no rush and I told I have a bus to catch. They could not even complete windows setup before power went out on 8.30 pm.

One of the finest computer shop in Multiplan Center. Almost all kind of computer necessary products are available there. Literally I haven't bought any products from them. But my friend bought a lot of products from there. Their behaviors are also good. Especially in IDB Branch, I've seen their branch manager honored my friend all the time by reducing the money of that /those product/products. Literally he has the ability may be. But in Multiplan Center branch there was a bodybuilder guy named Fahim, always tries to take much prices from my friend. I don't know but I think this types of mentality should have to be changed.
