Very well furnished office for AC/ passengers and facilities for drinking water and well mannered stuffs BUT FOR NON AC/ PASSENGERS IT IS ABSOLUTELY OPPOSITE, I was traveling from Cox’s Bazar to Dhaka yesterday which was September 5th 2018 and the bus was supposed to leave Cox’s Bazar at 10:30 am and we (my wife and I) checked in at 10:00 am and I told him that we didn’t have my break fast so We’re gonna go grab our breakfast real quick but he didn’t let us, he said the bus could come any time so don’t go now. So we didn’t go for our break fast and kept wanting and the bus came at 10:30 am and the bus left Cox’s Bazar around 10:50 am so we were waiting for 50 minuets we could’ve had our break fast in the mean time but we couldn’t. Another thing happened, the bus driver was stopping like a local bus and also taking passengers like a local bus. Some of the passengers the picked they were arguing about the bus fare, the driver was saying its 120 taka the bus fare and they were saying no it’s 100 taka the bus fare and driver said, “It’s Soudia bus the bus fare is 120 taka and it’s fixed.” He picked up about 5/6 passengers and some of them were standing at the back of the bus. When I saw this I was like what the hack is going on? I thought “Soudia” is a good company but it’s not. Another thing thing happened when we reached at the Chittagong Soudia Bus stop all of a sudden the bus stuffs were saying this bus will not go to Dhaka and the next bus will take us to Dhaka and we went to the bus counter and they told us we have to wait for one hour for the next bus it was 3:30 pm and they told me to wait at the AC/ counter which is next to non AC counter and we went there at the AC counter I saw they have drinking water bottles and I went back to the no. AC counter and I asked them May I pls get a bottle of water cause my wife is not feeling well? One of the guys said sorry we do not provide bottle of water for non AC passengers I told him you guys have bottle of water on the other side of the counter and he said those are for AC customers and you are a Non AC customer so go to the next store and spend 20 taka to buy a bottle of water. So could you imagine how rude that person was!. So I left the counter right away. So we waited till 4:30 pm to get the new bus. Even this new bus driver was driver the bus recklessly, he had hard-break the bus so many times. We thought we were in fear and we might get in to an accident but lucky Allah saved us. Because of these reasons I will never use “Soudia Bus” and I will make sure any body of my 14th generations will not use “Soudia Bus”. Such a terrible experience we had. It doesn’t even deserve to get one star but I had no choice I had to give it a star rating.
