Highly accessible, very neat and clean and well maintained waiting room for the passengers.
Buses are good, but needs more maintenance works, and specifically the porters and bus crew must be trained to offer more polite and professional services to the passengers, as it seems like some of them are too proud to be Shohag staffs which may ruin the fame of this good company and end up in sending the passengers away to the other fast-growing competitors.response / report this review -

Beautiful bus counter service. Probably this is the best and modern bus counter in this country. Clean washroom, specious ac waiting room with LED tv as we as attractive decoration makes it different from other counter.

Seating area in counter is comfortable.
But in bus (Elite M6667) F3 seat is rigid. I have complained it several time in counter and to bus supervisor before journey begin. But Mr. Shamim (counter manager, may be) ignore our complain. What a service!response / report this review -

Washroom is not clean. Lies about their bus quality and service. One of four brakes of their new bus was not working, yet they wanted to send the passengers from Chittagong to Cox's Bazaar in very bad weather.

I have had the worst bus service with Shohag in Bangladesh. There was a supervisor named Zahid in the coxe's bazar route who did a very bad behave with a passenger in the Scania 400 no bus. Recommend to avoid their service.
