Even though Shaheen Hall is located in the heart of the city, it is not that much worth visiting. The hall is often used as community center. Sometimes, cultural functions are arranged here.

This place is very well spacious, good looking, clean. The better the decorations, the better this place will look. It actually run by Bangladesh Air Force, they know how to make a place different than other regular places. The center has enough parking spaces.

BAF Shaheen hall is booked for the purpose of Wedding, Post-wedding Reception, Halud, Marriage Engagement, Akika, Birthday, Marriage Anniversary etc at the rent of Tk.98,000/- (Ninety four thousand) only per program.

The functions mentioned in Para-1 and any other Programs approved by Air HQ in respect of the serving and retired officers (self and children) of BAF are allowed at the rent of Tk.14,000/- (Twelve thousand) only per program.

In respect of the officers (self and children) of the Army and Navy (serving/retired), the rent of Tk.14,000/- (Twelve thousand) per Program is allowed only for the purpose of Wedding/Post-wedding Reception (which one is applicable for him/her). In case of their (self and children) Halud program the amount of hall rent will be Tk.51,000/- (forty seven thousand) only.

Shaheen Hall has a large parking space and can accommodate ~50 cars. The hall itself is dimly lit; looks dull and old. Meanwhile, the restroom is bright, very clean, well maintained and has modern fittings. The security is not very helpful, you'll have to figure things out yourself.
