Savar Cantonment Public School and College is in Savar Cantoment, Savar, Dhaka. This school is on Dhaka-Aricha highway, near to Bir sresthay Munshi Abdur Rouf gate. About 01 km from Nabinagar bus stand. It is founded and administered by by Army authority. It is for the childrens of personnel working in Bangladesh Army. Still it is open for general people. The school is on of the best in Dhaka.

One of the oldest and finest schools in Dhaka city and the best one in Savar. Teachers are highly qualified, well behaved. They give importance to every student. Office staffs are well behaved. Its better if you talk to them directly about their admission procedure. Students are meritorious & hard working. School compound is very attractive. Various safety measures are there for ensuring safety of students.

Savar Cantonment Public School and College is one of the main schools in the country with continuous efforts to create self-education and humanitarian values. In the beautiful management of basic organizational, efficient management, academic success and cooperative activities, this organization has already occupied a glorious and bright spot. Two branches of the school and college of this institution are located on the two sides of the bird's side on the two sides of the Dhaka-Aricha highway near the Jatiya Monument. In the composition of architecture with a natural environment, this university is being developed in the Savar cantonal area. In a short time it took place among the top schools of Bangladesh. The organization started its journey as a Savar Cantonment Board School on 02 February 1977. Recognize Dhaka education board as Savar Cantonment Board on 1 January 1980. In 1987, the school was upgraded to Savar Cantonment School. On 1 July 1993, the college branch was opened.

At present, the number of students in the institution is about 3 thousand and seventy seven. There are 125 teachers and 67 employees in this institution in the school and college. Major Mohammad Abu Shahadat Hossain is acting as the acting principal and secretary of the organization. The Directorate of Marketing is Brigadier General Mohammad Asaduzzaman, SEC, PSC, G. Major General Md. Akbar Hossain, SUP, FWC, PSC, G + in overall development and patronage of the organization in the back of all the glory.

According to the educational activities, the nursery to the 12th class is in the institutions. The Department of Science and Business Education, and the College of Science, Department of Science, Humanities and Business Education in the school section. As well as the English version and current from 1st to 12th class. In the past years, English-language students have achieved enviable results in SSC and HSC examinations. Apart from this, health food is provided in two canteen operated by army personnel of two units of army.

সাভার ক্যান্টনমেন্ট পাবলিক স্কুল এন্ড কলেজ বাংলাদেশের ঢাকা জেলার আশুলিয়া থানায় অবস্থিত একটি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান।১৯৭৭ সালের ২ ফেব্রুয়ারি সাভার ক্যান্টনমেন্ট বোর্ড স্কুল হিসেবে এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের যাত্রা শুরু হয়। ঢাকা শিক্ষাবোর্ড ১৯৮০ সালের ১ জানুয়ারি এই প্রতিষ্ঠানকে মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয় হিসেবে প্রথম স্বীকৃতি প্রদান করেন। ১৯৮৭ সালে সাভার ক্যান্টনমেন্ট বোর্ড স্কুলকে সাভার ক্যান্টনমেন্ট পাবলিক স্কুলে উন্নীত করা হয়। ১৯৯২ সালের আগস্ট মাস পর্যন্ত এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি ক্যান্টনমেন্ট বোর্ড কর্তৃক পরিচালিত হয়েছে। এরপর থেকে এ প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্বিক দায়িত্বভার পাবলিক স্কুল ও কলেজ পরিচালনা পরিষদের ওপর ন্যস্ত হয়। ১৯৯৩ সালের ১ জুলাই প্রতিষ্ঠানের কলেজ শাখার কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়।এর অধ্যক্ষের দায়িত্ব পালন করে থাকেন বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীর একজন লে. কর্নেল পদমর্যাদার অফিসার। যদি লে. কর্নেল পদমর্যাদার অফিসার না-পাওয়া যায় তাহলে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ কর্তৃক মনোনীত দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ বেসামরিক ব্যক্তিকে অধ্যক্ষ হিসেবে নিয়োগ দেওয়া হয়। এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভাপতি হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন জালালাবাদ সেনানিবাসের ৫২ ব্রিগেড কমান্ডার; যিনি বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীর বিগ্রেডিয়ার জেনারেল পদমর্যাদার একজন সিনিয়র অফিসার। সভাপতির অধীনে সেনানিবাস ও সেনানিবাসের বাইরে বিভিন্ন পর্যায়ের ১০ জন বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তি ( সামরিক ও বেসামরিক ) পর্ষদের সদস্য হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন এবং পর্ষদের সদস্য সচিবের দায়িত্ব পালন করেন কলেজ অধ্যক্ষ।
