Decent place to have breakfast.. Their restaurant at the top floor offers a nice view of the sky and main road. Not so many items in breakfast buffet tbh, but for 475 BDT, I wouldn't complain about it

overrated room rates on its class don't be fool on its online / website pictures as this is way beyond in real life. room has an unpleasant smell unless you request to spray it with air freshener, bed linens are clean to look.at but uncomfortable to sleep with, maybe because of sanitation issue. Security is also an issue as bystander can access to hotel lift and could access hotel guest room floors Food are totaly not good and only caters to its local guest. i felt I was robbed by Richmond Hotel and Suites in Dhaka, Bangladesh for the price that did not match on its service.

Overall very good with 3.5* hotel may be 4* for friendly stuff and service. 4* for restaurant food quality and preparation time.

Good points
- Great staff. Very polite.
- Friendly
- Good location. Near Airport.

Negative
- On main highway. High traffic noises but not too bad at night.
- It's not a hotel but an Apartment Suites
- No car parkings or drivers quarter. (Can park on main road and security will look after)

I attended a training course which took place at the conference room at the top floor of this hotel. The conference room is well decorated & well equipped. I also had buffet launch there, which is ok. The small restaurant is adjacent to the conference room & its also well decorated. I found several foreigner guests staying at that hotel & having breakfast & launch there.

Before I say anything else, I had a terrible night and couldn't sleep because of loud noise of lorries hooting on the highway throughout the night and continued in the daytime. The room is very standard and windows are light and do not help block the noise as the hotel is next to the highway. If you can bring ear-plugs and able to sleep in them, then this is a good hotel for a short stay and is very close to the airport, no traffic and was 3-5 mins hotel pickup and drop-off. Didn't get a chance to have breakfast as I was still trying to get sleep. The cafe downstairs, George Cafe has very good coffee. I didn't try any food but the Oreo cheesecake was nice. Staff at the cafe are very friendly. Other observations: The hotel room TV was not watchable because the channels were hardly visible as the satellite reception seemed extremely poor.

Had iftar in both 2016 and 2017. Value for money for the Buffet Iftar_Dinner set-up. The serving and queuing can be a bit smoother though.

It's a good budget hotel. I paid 3000 BDT per day. Nice cosy rooms, trained polite people, well maintained building.
The biggest problem being an India I felt is they did not provide atta roti, you will get maida roti only. However, later I found that once you tell them in advance, they can help you on this.

Totally disappointed with misleading information when calling with their receptionist.
had to leave hotel for that wrong information though booked on the previous day.
for spouse they ask for spouse name in the NID and doesnt accept any marriage registry slip, holofnama or any other government docs!
only receives NID and the spouse name must be there!
it was a big hastle since over phone they mentioned registry slip is permitted but when physically was presebt in there they rejected it and denied about that wrong info.
and they dont have any written guideline about this kind of restrictions..
completely full of negligence in taking care of booking from customer..

This is my usual place to stay in Dhaka when I want to be near the airport. The price is decent and they have a free shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast is decent but not great. The important thing is that the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi is reliable.
