worst hotel i had ever stay. they are behaviour was so rude. nothing to say about service cause no room boy were available. they said they have wifi servce but they used other hotels wifi which is poor network. even you can not use facebook. bathroom was dirty. flash does not work. if you have any plan to stay there i say please stay in road but not there.

We stayed 2 nights there, everything ok and the price is cheap but the not so clean.the rooms are not cleaned continuously.otherwise everything looks good.

room 604 and 503, wifi, mini fridge,super cool ac in this room, smoking zone in room, sea view, two single bed concatenated for double bed so you cant sleep in the middle of the bed(annoying), car parking, 4 person room, 2 double bed in this room. hospitality is ok.

We travelled 7 persons for 3 days. Their service is so worse that dustbins laid infront of room for several hours. Theirs all phone lines of rooms are dead.
After all check out they catch up the guest and cost money for different things such as bed sheet, towel etc. They also threat their guests.response / report this review -

A good hotel with nice beach view .They have decent rooms and a good restaurant and almost all rooms have a balcony with see view . The room price is reasonable but the food price at restaurant is bit high.

The place is managed by a thug lady who misbehaves with customers. The staff and all lack basic manners that you find in a hotel and any complaints brought up they completely disregard

If you want sea view hotel room in cox's bazar in cheap rate then Resort Islandia is the best for you. I stay there in 6th floor. The environment was good. You can try it

This place is convenient because it's close to the beach. But the rooms are not that clean or polished, no clean towels, good soaps, toothpaste etc. They couldn't even find me a AAA size battery for the A/C remote!!!! The staff seems really confused and doesn't know basic hotel management etiquettes. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone -_-

Went to visit Cox's bazar and got into this hotel by the recommendation of a relative. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean too. But room service is not that good. They are always late in everything. Had issues with power cut during my stay. AC was not working well.
