We stayed in a couple standard room with 50% discount in May 2018. Best part of the hotel is super friendly staffs. Sugandha beach is about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Room was clean and housekeeping staffs responded quickly. Buffet breakfast was good but there are room for improvements. Restaurant space and seating arrangement is not suitable for couples. One tip: do not try their restaurant for lunch and dinner. Food is not tasty at all and price is too high.

The hotel is quite inside. Good for Bangladeshi guest. But I'll not suggest this hotel for first time foreigners. First time foreigners, I suggest, to book in beach front hotels (If they intend to visit and enjoy the beach only)

A perfect 3 star hotel. The environment of the hotel was very warm and friendly. We booked this hotel seeing its winter packages on Facebook. We were a bit anxious about their services but everything was as good we expected it to be. Rooms were neat and clean and the breakfast, lunch and dinner they described in their package were good enough. I really liked staying here and will visit again.

Good one. Particularly if you're with family and want to sleep with disturbance. Service is quite good compared to price. 4-5 people can easily be accommodated in one suite.

Good place to stay at Cox's Bazar. They have pick and drop service. Rooms are neat and clean. Service is very good. I went there with our infant (4.5 months) child for 2 days stay and found no difficulty at staying at that hotel. Hope they will maintain this level of service in future.

Had a great experience in Hotel Prime park. Loved the breakfast and room service food. The reception lobby is very spacious. Hospitality from the hotel staff was really great to enjoy with the family. A perfect place to enjoy and relaxation.

Good accomodation, hospitality within the budget. Its not actually at the beach or at the main road but its very near from Kolatali point and the people are very warm and helpful

Located in resident area, Low lodging cost comparing to others but 15 minutes walk distance from sea beach, price of room refrigerator's item is as same as from any local shop, good wifi speed, restaurant serves very delicious meal

I never seen such a stupid receptionist in the front desk of the hotel they don't know manner rooms are not like the photos the hotel is situated near a slum far away from beach they are cheating with people by attractive add in fb don't stay there.

Last week me, my family and friends been in this hotel. As a frankly speaking this is very good hotel for family, in terms of room rate, room service, environment, restaurant service. staff manner. Everything is fantastic. We are very much satisfied with their service. Only the problem is walkway to the hotel from main road but the owner of this hotel assured us that it will be solved within a very short time.
