very bad service. they are some idiot sitting there and nothing else, please kick them out. the website showing me that, it's open 9am to 5pm bt i went there at 3:52pm the guys talking with his phone and telling me that, he have no time now. than i go next day at 9:15am bt there have no one than i ask to the guard is this office already open? they replied, people's (officer's) not yet come. at 9:20am they come into office. at 9:35am they have not started the work and the guard asking me to certify my passport renewal copy bt i check in online requirement there have no requirement like certify the form. than i call on there contact number they did not satisfy me and cut the call. bullshitt!
