  This place is just in the heart of the tourist zone. It has 1 bed room(AC) and a child bed room(fan) having a sink and small dining table, a balcony and a bathroom.
  It ia certainly value for money.
  Very close to all restaurants. Will cost 20 tk to sugandha by rickshaw(20tk is the minimum rickshaw fare for stepping in to a rickshaw I guess).
  U can see sea from some of the rooms.
  If u want to stay in a quiet environment then choose the rooms which r not on roadside.

  Good place to stay for singles no ventilation in the rooms, you need to open the balcony and you face st sound and mosquitoes

  I was there for 7 day , They have good environment and services . Beach was too short distance , 5 minutes to walking distance. Just awesome
