Government is issuing epassport. The issuance process is still old, time consuming and taking a lot of effort to complete. We went for our younger son, it took 6 hours to submit the documents. Hope for better and swift service in the days to come.

Server down is a common problem here in Panchlaish RPO. Hundreds of people have to return home without submitting application form and important time gets wasted due to server issue. I couldn’t submit today and this is the second time I had to came back without submitting for this inconvenience. Allocate some budget on buying server not only to develop infrastructures.

Long queue is frustrating. Customer Service - Oppsnone of them educated with the term. They dont care how long you waitting. People paying government for the service but the officials they are the owner of the office. If you expense some more extra money then you will be in priority service queue

The address is given as Chandgaon Passport Office, Chandgoan Rd#2. But the location is Panchlaish and there is no Passport office in Chandgoan.

Full of mismanagement. No queue management, no service management. People have to wait under terrific sun for more than 2 hours. Extremely slow service and no proper system to serve the people. It tooks more than 8 months to get a MRP passport. Such a symbol of hassle! Service should be improved tremendously. Location is good and easily accessible. New building infrastructure is also good. But extremely disappointed with the SERVICE.

Managing assigned guys is challenging here.
Sometimes you've to manage them through monetary exchange(Which will be given to them at out of the official cost of passport) for getting passport without any type of hassles.
