  It's the best hotel to stay in patenga region having great view of the river Karnafully, nearest to the Hazrat Shah Amanat International Airport, Chittagong and the Patenga Sea Beach. It provides 24 hours room and front desk services, golf facility, full stock bar facility, two restaurants, function rooms and many more. It is operated by Chittagong Boat Club which is governed by Bangladesh Navy.
