One of the best places at Bandarban, Bangladesh. The trip to nilgiri by 'Chander gari' offers a broad view of hill way. And then the eye soothing beauty of the world you will get at the moutain top, is beyond comparison.It’s 48 km away from Bandarban city and 980 meters above from sea level. It’s possible to go by Open Jip (chander gari-local name), CNG and Bus. Recommended to go to early morning (before 5:30 am by chander gari is better to start) or better to stay night at Nilgiri Hill Resort (need early reservation). There is a office for Chander Gari, opposite of Hotel Hilton. The price for a package of Nilgiri, Chimbuk Hill and Shoilo Propat is 3200 bdt and 300 bdt for parking charge in Nilgiri (upto 1:00 pm). There is 11-12 seats in Chander Gari, you can share with others. From Bandarban to Nilgiri is almost 2:50 hours journey. The Entry fee is 60 bdt per person. If you wanna go by Bus, you get the first Bus at 7:00 am and every hour there is one. For coming back the last Bus is at 5:00 pm. You won’t get too much food at Nilgiri without preorder, instant you can get rice, chicken roast, banana, papaya, water etc. Nilgiri or Nil Giri is one of the tallest peaks and beautiful tourist spot in Bangladesh. It is about 3500 feet high and situated at Thanci Thana. It is about 46 km south of Bandarban on the Bandarban-Chimbuk-Thanchi road. Beside this spot you can see Mro villages. Their colorful culture and living style are surely an unexplored option for city dwellers.

Awesome Place to watch cloud and hill, you will be in top of one of the hill. The view was amazing, you will see the magic of cloude.

Great place. You can see the clouds from from very close. If lucky you can touch and feel the clouds as well.
