  Naem is the shortcut name of National Academy of Educational Management. In This area here is also officers' and staffs' quarter. Many neighbors who are not office staff like me go there for walking, eating fresh food of cantin , various kind of training and also visiting the nice buildings and beauty of this area. It's really a safe area not only for the residents, for the visitors also.

  The place is good enough to give you a feel of somewhat "countryside-like" feel of tranquility. A great place for cheap, high-quality meals. However, there still remains the issue of frequent waterlogging in the road in front due to the slightest of rains. (Shouldn't count as a NAEM demerit though! :) )
