Muslim Quarters Children Park is located in No. 5 Ward of Habiganj Town in Muslim Quarters residential area. It is maintained by the Habiganj Paurashava. Due to bad drainage system and poor maintenance by the Paurasava, the area is frequently inundated during rainy season, and the Park is its worst sufferer. Only few months in dry season, the park remains usable.
