Motel Upal is one of these; a beautiful motel with wonderful facilities of Cox’s Bazar. Motel Upal is positioned very near the sea beach. Everybody feels pleasure to stay at this Motel Upal.

Motel Upol is a deluxe residential place where people can stay with any hesitation. There are 38 rooms separated among 3 floors. Rooms are categorized as Double, Double AC, Twin AC and Twin. There is a single room also available for drivers. Tariffs of all rooms are variable seasonally. Regular, October-March and April-September seasons are available here.

Main facilities of this motel are 24 hours room service, 24 hours front desk services, air conditioned public areas, safe deposit box at front desk, Bank facilities, laundry service, restaurant about continental and International dishes, conference rooms, security guard, city tour, airport transfer, car rental and so many.

Since last November 2017, different UN action's office activities are mainly operating from this premises for recent humanitarian crisis with displaced myanmar peoples.

One of the accommodation places in Cox's Bazar offered by Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation. It is a old motel and their maintenance is very poor. Rooms are outdated and not enough clean. I will not recommend this motel for a comfortable stay at Cox's Bazar. Beside accommodation, they also maintain a restaurant and food quality is very poor. Bangladesh Tourism Corporation should focus on improvement of the quality of their enterprises like Upal.
