Relatively low cost hotel. Services are below average. It is located very close to the beach. All facilities are not available in the hotel. Physical facilities of this hotel are modest.

I love this hotel This location is very close to the main sea point Easy to go to the sea anytime without any Transport Averagely neat and clean Through baranda you can see sea view Overall good place to stay ..

If you love to see sunset from you hotel room this hotel may be good choice to you. This hotel is very adjacent with Laboni beach point/Jhinuk Market. Rooms are well decorated. They have both AC/Non AC rooms. Buy you may have problem wit their bathroom. These are like old one and beware of bathtub. You may find small insect (like leech) coming from the whole/pipe of bathtub. A plus point is - the restaurant "Handy" is based on the hotel building. But the behavior of receptionist may not satisfy you. They prefer their own personal work rather than the customer. Beside if you negotiate with them about room rent then they'll just ignore you as zero valued customer. They must be soft mannered to their customer.

A well-organized residential hotel that is very close to Laboni beach in Cox's Bazar. Their hospitality is good. In addition, the restaurant "Handy" is based on the hotel building. good luck!

হোটেল টি লাবনী পয়েন্টের খুবই কাছে। রুম থেকেই বীচ দেখা যায় এবং একই সাথে সূর্যাস্তও দেখা যায়। হোটেল টি টু স্টার মানের হলেও এখানে ভাড়াটা একটু বেশি। এর কারণ হয়তো হোটেলটি সী বীচের অতি নিকটে অবস্থিত তাই!

Best place to stay in Cox's Bazar. This hotel is very close to the beach, their best rooms offer wonderful views of the sea even from bed, through it's glassed wall on the sea side and also from the balcony. But the rent of those rooms are extremely cheap, despite it's location and even the Handi restaurant is located at the downstair.

Very nice rooms at very affordable rates with varieties in the room. Best thing is the large 40inch Sony tv where you can enjoy movies if you take a pendrive with movies, good service as well, but do not have own restaurant or breakfast facility

An ok hotel with basic facilities (ac, tv) at a great price. If you get the front rooms you will have excellent view. Biggest plus point is this hotel is right in front of Laboni beach and Handi restaurant is situated on the ground floor. So for budget traveling this is a very good option if you don't expect much.
