Property of Govt. Tourism Organization. Secured, Specious, Big rooms, affordable. But old models furniture & equipment. Now fully occupied with the UN organizations as they are using this motel as their office.

Heritage turns to laziness. Big motel cum hotel. Very poor maintenance. Lots of mosquito and no net. No catering service at all. Kid's toys are broken and rusty.

This motel is owned and run by Bangladesh Porjoton Corporation- a government corporation. Rooms are divided into three categories having different facilities with different price range. This motel is located close to the laboni beach point. So the location of the motel is very good. There is some open space in front of motel. Room quality and facility is not very good compared to the facilities of hotels of same location and of same price range.

Stayed in this hotel 20 years ago and still suffering from nostalgia. Don't know about it's current service but I remember their service was first class back then. It's a historic place cause there was not much hotels in cox's bazar.
