  It's a friendly hall. Motihar hall is first residential hall of University of Rajshahi. It's near to academic building, Central Mosque, Central Temple, Central University Press, Central Cafeteria, University Stadium, University Gymnasium, Central Shahid Minar, Shahid Sriti Songrohoshala, Dhaka-Rajshahi Highways, Kazi Nazrul Islam Auditorium and so on.

  পরিবেশ অসাধারণ সুন্দর, হল এর প্রত্যেকটা রুমের ভেতর পর্যাপ্ত জায়গা সুপেয় পানি সুন্দর স্যানিটেশন নামাজের জায়গা টিভি রুম ইনডোর গেমস ভালোমানের খাবার হই স্পীড ওয়াইফাই সহ সব ধরণের সুযোগ সুবিধা আছে । এমনকি বাহিরে থেকে একটা কাপড় আয়রন করতে ছয় টাকা লাগলেও এখানে লাগবে মাত্র তিন টাকা।
