Dont get me wrong - thought this is not a 5-star property but this is for the best place to stay for the business travelers in Rajshahi. Decent, Clean, Quiet, Secured and with basic amenities you need for 3-5 days stay on business purpose - this place has got those and I think its enough when you are visiting Rajshahi. It is in the middle of Padma residential area; so it is really quiet and far from city noise. The breakfast is basic but enough to fill you stomach. Service staffs are warm and will be keen to fulfill your needs without their limitation.
I would recommend this place if you are in Rajshahi for official purpose.response / report this review -

There are no modern business hotels in Rajshahi. Chez Razzak is not any different in this city. I can't say it's a hotel rather it can be defined as a guesthouse.
You need to notify them well ahead of time if you want to dine in this place (I don't know how to describe?). Breakfast is complimentary with very very limited choice.
Good part is the rooms are clean.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. There is a balcony in each floor for smoking.
The scary part is someone tried to open my door lock around 1:30 am !!! Fortunately I locked it well before going to bed. I was watching movie and suddenly realized someone is trying to get inside very carefully. Put a key in the lock and tried to open it! I didn't make any noise. I just observed. It's really disgusting.
My stay in Chez Razzak was not a good experience. I'll not going to select it again.response / report this review -

Good place in a quiet location. Before staying here I was staying mostly in the Bazaar area. So, I was looking for more quiet place. However, I didn't find the food appealing. In the bazaar area I had lots of options to eat.

Residential Hotel with mediocre room facilities. Water flow in the shower was minimum. Overall clean hotel with all the necessities.They serve basic breakfast.

Neat, clean and professionally managed. Staff is very well-mannered.
Food is prepared under the watchful eye of management and is fresh.
Spacious dining room and an outdoor sitting area gives this place extra charm.

Our stay at Chez Razzak Hotel was really outstanding. The service and staff were very accommodating, willing to do anything to please us and fulfill our requests. We stayed 3 nights and slept well in the quiet, very clean room. There was hot water for a shower. All the linens were clean and changed every day. Mini is the manager and cook/chef of the dining room and would make anything we requested. She felt my cold hands at breakfast and they brought a room heater without my asking for it when they cleaned the room.
The only 2 downsides were the bed is too hard for my husband and I and it is very far from downtown. You can take a Tuk-Tuk downtown any time or I assume the hotel car will take you.

I spend a week in Rashahi and in this hotel. Both Rashohi and the hotel were amazing.

Cozy place with excellent ambience. Have a little restriction sure to their status policy like ”not for all” thing. Really calm and quite.
Washroom are hygienic.
Restaurant serve only as per our only for their boarders which is good in a sense that you'll always get fresh food.
Situated in a residential area so the environment is calm but as it's a bit far from town problem for roamers.

This hotel is a bit far from the center of the city, located in a residential area. But I really loved the calmness around the hotel. Reception people and the staffs working in the hotel are very helpful and I got everything I needed within minutes. Rent a Car is also available if you want to road around the city. The only negative drawback is their restaurant which they really need to work on. Except breakfast food is only available if you order 2 hours ago. The breakfast was not up to the mark. Then again if you want to have your meals outside then it will take some time as it is not really located in the center of the city.
