Simple nice hotel but some issue that should get better,
# No wi-fi in the room, ( now a days every room should have wifi internet, also wifi in the resturant got disconnected multiple time)
# Room service is not quick to respons, ( i requested to replace my bed cover, they change it after one and half day and 3 call to the reception later).
# No washer- Dryer for cloths in site, ( because there was no Dryer, it took me long time to dry my wet cloths as it was raining outside).
# online reservation need to get better, ( i reserved my room online with my dabit card, then management wanted me to send them advance cash money through BKash whice was not convenience for me so i had to talk to them multiple time to confirm my reservation after i reserved my room. Giving credit card info should be enough or management have to find a better way then asking cash mobey upfront).
# cable quality is poor ( cable tv connection was poor and it was buffering a lot, sound quality also poor).
Good Things:
# Good and friendly stuff.
# Good food at the restaurant.

Outstanding showcase of unprofessionaliism. They don't know manners of how to treat guest. We booked king suit with 2bed where we found they have only one ac for both rooms. We stayed 2days but didn't receive cleaning service at all. Totally disappointed. Don't know why people give then 5 star.
