A place for nature lovers. You go for a long walk or trekking inside the forest. But don't forget to take the help of a local guide if you want to go into the deep forest. It will be fascinating journey if you have time and interest.

It is good to see a reasonably well maintained reserve forest. The biodiversity, the flora and fauna will get you hooked onto the peaceful nature.

It is good for groups and also lone trekker, but please make sure you dont make much noise as it may deter the wildlife. If you want to really enjoy this place, try to spend about 2 hours or more then again, it might vary depending upon your personal tastes.

Great wildlife. Even the tens of leeches I pulled off myself after a trip through the deep jungle couldn't dampen my experience. The guide I got at the front office was great and spoke good English, and the price was posted and fixed.

This is a rain forest hosting thousands of trees in different kinds, among which many are rare. Now a gate is made by concrete where it is seen that a python is spiralling over a tree on the one part, where on the other, a monkey is sitting. This gate is tasteless as you now understand.
If we dive into the jungle, we find that trails are made for public to walk and explore, but cars are also getting entered and exploring.
Astoundingly, train line across the jungle is a disaster, and how then it became a reserved forest is a big question as swirling my head.

Nice big forest and hills it has an unique specialist that you will fall in love with it. Different types of tree and wild birds and animals. You will find a lot of money here. Be careful with them don't disturb them or they can be very aggressive. This place have few small water streams so it is not good for older people or who needs help to walk or move from one place to other places. You can use wheel chair for certain areas only so ask local people before you go in.

The place is a very natural one. you will have hundreds of trees of numerous species. On top of that, the additional attraction for you is the habitats of different tribal people.

Very good place near Sreemangal, the capital of Tea. Communication system is very good from Dhaka, by Train or bus. The forest is full of various kinds of trees and some animals and birds. Better to carry foods as food shops are not good, Mobile network is very low.

Lawachara National Park is a very good place for those who loves nature. One's mind become quiet and calm to see and feel the depth of the seclusion of the nature. Perfect sanctuary for the wilds as well as perfect place for the lovable hearts. Very rare tree like African Oak,Dumur and other rare unknown trees and extinct species are being found here.It is very good place to explore the unknown, the unseen and to hide yourself from the chaos of the city life.

Great place to enjoy nature. If you visit it in early morning you might see gibbons on high tree tops. However you have to remain absolutely quiet to enjoy the nature. Gibbons are the Flagship animal here. There are monkeys, birds, and many butterfly to follow. Variety of plants is absolutely stunning. Use guise to enjoy nature.

Natural beauty, rare species of treescalm and quite place of total 1250 acres. You'll find few snacks shops but not too much options. There is a railway inside, you can walk through and feel the sublime natural scenery. Not that much public toilets. Difficult for wheelchair travellers.

Natural beauty in sreemangal. Ancient rare spieces of trees touching sky. Monkeys can be seen on the trees if looked carefully. The rail line passing through the middle of the forest makes it more beautiful. In the tea stalls you'll find native people playing flute which makes an awesome ambience which makes the forest quieter.

One can feel afraid alone in the park. Very quite & calm environment. Already three time visited here. If u love natural environment then you must come here. You can also hire a local guide. Per day local guide charge 300 - 1200 taka.

When I was here, there really wasn't much to see or do other than walk around a forest on some slightly muddy pathways to see trees and grass. There were no animals on sight and there isn't really much to see or atleast we never saw much.

I don't think it's worth paying to enter. You'd have more fun just finding a random forest and going into it as a group. It'll be free too.

A pretty nice place to spend hours with a team.. don't buy honey from there.
You can buy tea from there. Even the quality of the lowest priced tea is better than the best tea in the super shop.

This national forest is full of big trees. Lots of birds & monkeys can be seen here. An adventurous walking can be enjoyed most. However no facilities are available inside the forest. Vehicles are not allowed. It'll charge tk.50/- each person to enter the forest. You can take snacks & soft drinks from Khasia palli inside the forest.

Fully natural forest. no vehicle is allowed in the forest. If you can walk foster then you will enjoy the silent forest. One of attractions is the life of tribes in the jungle.

Very nice natural environment covering a huge area. One can feel afraid alone in the park. Animals can move naturally like- monkey, cat, birds and rabbits. Nice place for the people who love a quiet place for the travelling.

Awesome place for nature lover.
You may find animals if you have good luck.
The train line is awesome to take pictures.
You will find 3 different trails, 30 minutes, 1 hour and 3 hours.
Every trail is good for tracking.
